I'm currently renting through an agent and want to pass on my lease. The house is older style but has a brand new kitchen and new floor boards and tiles throughout.It has a study/office as well as a large lounge room. Has a large back yard, I don't have pets but I think they are permitted by arrangement with the agent.The rent is $230/week, it's a great little place and I am only moving for work opportunities elsewhere.
